- Payment information: we use Stripe to process payments. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe processes and stores payment details on our behalf.
- Usage and device data: IP address, device and browser type, referring/exit pages, and interactions within our product for security, analytics, and product improvement.
- Cookies and similar technologies: session, authentication, and preference cookies to keep you signed in and personalize your experience.
Google Sign-In and Google API data
If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account basic profile information (name, email, profile image) to create and manage your Go Hijrat account. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We only request the minimal scopes necessary for authentication (basic profile and email).
- We do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide and improve our services, comply with law, or with your consent.
- You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
How we use your information
- Provide, operate, and improve visa assessments, country guidance, and related features.
- Personalize content and recommendations based on your profile and inputs.
- Process subscriptions and payments via Stripe, and manage billing.
- Send service and transactional communications (e.g., account, billing, critical updates).
- Monitor usage, protect against fraud/abuse, and ensure platform security and integrity.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK users)
- Contract: to provide the services you request (account, assessments, payments).
- Legitimate interests: product improvement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.

International transfers
