Service description and no legal advice
Go Hijrat provides AI-assisted visa eligibility assessments, country guidance, and related travel information. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. All outputs are for informational purposes only; you should consult official government sources or qualified immigration professionals before making decisions.
Accounts and security
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
- Paid features may be offered via subscriptions or one-time purchases.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method.
- Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are assessed per our policies and applicable law. Certain fees may be non-refundable once services are rendered.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or access it using methods other than the provided interfaces.
- No scraping, bulk data extraction, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass security controls.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Intellectual property
The Service, including content, features, and software, is owned by Go Hijrat or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit, including assessment inputs. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, and create derivative works from your content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Third-party services
- Authentication, database, and storage are provided by Supabase.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; card data is handled by Stripe per its policies.
- We may use hosting and analytics providers to operate and improve the Service.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that assessments or information are accurate, complete, or current, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GO HIJRAT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCidental, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Hijrat and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
